Relationships is a term for the interactions between people. These relationships can be intimate or not, but they all contribute to the social support network that is so vital to our health and wellbeing. In a healthy relationship, each person values the other’s opinion and respects their views. They feel free to talk about difficult topics and disagree respectfully. They also trust that their significant other will do what they say they will. However, this trust can be eroded when one person feels jealous of the other spending time with friends or family members.
In romantic relationships, there is usually a physical attraction and emotional connection between the two people. This is often evident from the start of the relationship, with the partners looking at each other and feeling butterflies in their stomachs. They are able to laugh together and support each other through hard times. They also have a life outside of their relationship and are not afraid to spend time with friends or family. They are also not afraid to ask for help when they need it.
